Initially hired as an external consultant to audit, provide recommendations and execute digital marketing best practices during the height of COVID when digital communication and online sales were critical, and a fresh approach was needed to cut through the noise. After the success of this project, I went on to work internally for Olivenlunden 1830 for another year, helping them define and improve their digital landscape during a significant change of ownership.

Digital Marketing Strategy

Development of strategy & budget with
a focus on traffic acquisition, brand awareness and webshop leads through PPC, display ads, social media, creative partnerships, email marketing and SEO. Board reports prepared. Key point of contact with external vendors.

Social Media Marketing

Responsible for creating a regular, impactful and cohesive communication plan to support rebranding phase, increase visibility, educate and promote seasonal campaigns. Success with viral competitions, brand ambassador program and influencer marketing.

Email Marketing

Design, copywriting and scheduling of promotional newsletters and standalone emails using Mailchimp. Partnering with Copenhagen-based 3rd-party vendor, Hello Retail, to begin triggered emails and personalised content. List segmentation to send geotargetted offers and updates.

Photography, Video & Design

Product, food and event photography + banner design for website, emails and display ads. Also produced campaign videos and worked on adapting brand video from parent company in France.

E-Commerce

Maintenance & enhancements, bug fixing, installation of product recommendations and personalised search leading to higher AOV and 7x more conversions for those touchpoints.

New Website Build

Project Manager for Magento-WooCommerce migration featuring
brand new design, click-and-collect, bundled products, loyalty club, recipe builder and new ERP/POS system.
