Beef & Liberty

Beef & Liberty is one of Hong Kong and Shanghai’s best gourmet burger restaurants, and part of the Greater China Restaurant Company (GCRC) group. From March 2014 to March 2016, I was the Digital Marketing Consultant, reporting directly to the Managing Directors, responsible for setting up and managing the marketing department, strategies and day-to-day activities from scratch. My involvement included everything from website maintenance and enhancements, liaising with 3rd-party vendors and suppliers (developers, designers, photographers, etc), launching our first ever loyalty membership program, social media management, strategic partnerships, events, pop-ups, and more. But by far, one of my most proudest achievements was convincing Justin and Will (co-founders of B&L) to develop and launch the “green arm” of Beef & Liberty, which I coined “Leaves & Liberty”. This concept continues to exist to this day, showcasing delicious creations from the vegetarian menu at big local events like Clockenflap, Hong Kong’s largest music festival.
